As a
Raleigh native, Joshua is in tune with the market and has a firm grasp on the future growth of the area. He has
spent over 10 years in the Triangle’s housing industry, and is familiar with the process from all angles. From the
beginning of his time at Capital Bank Joshua has had a simple vision, “I want to educate and make customers for
life” he says. He strives to make every client a return customer and works hard to put the mortgage process
into layman’s terms. Joshua has coined the saying, “I won’t let a customer leave my office with a
‘deer in the headlights’ look.” He understands that choosing a mortgage lender can be a difficult
and stressful process, especially for 1st time home buyers, and his goal is to be a partner to his clients as they
make such an important financial decision. Joshua is passionate about getting results for his clients every
day. He says that the best part about his job is attending closings and watching the buyer receive the keys to their
new home. In his spare time, Joshua enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, and visiting the lake.
